Gastronomic Waves
Dorothea Huber, Doro to her friends and family, is someone one, one has to admire. For this super young lady has succeeded in turning her life into a real life dream of impressions and colour!
Good jobs and an easy life come easily to people with the right way of thinking and a successful training. Doro has both. After finishing catering school, she managed to land herself a very plum job in a super 5 star hotel in the middle of Vienna.
First jobs always mean lots of hard work, and life in an hotel is definitely not easy. But the gastronomic business can offer the world - and so it was. After finishing her first 5 star contract, Doro turned her eyes to the great unknown.
After Vienna came Salzburg. And, as you all know, this fairy tale city is famous for just three things, the festival, Mozart and Red Bull. And it was to Red Bull’s super luxury Hanger 7 that Doro made her way.
And the magical thing about the catering industry is that everywhere is different. If you fit in in one place, then you will fit in everywhere, and everywhere means the world. And now, Doro isn’t only to be found in only one place; she is everywhere; Doro is global. Doro is faring the waves, for she has gone down to the sea in a boat!
Working on a cruise ship is a very unique way of letting the world come to you. After finishing a shift or after having just woken, you are always somewhere different! And being somewhere different all of the time is the great thing about Doro’s new life.
Doro has touched the hot sands of the south; she has smelt the cool green air of the north and has looked a white polar bear in the eye; she has felt the fine summer evenings of a south sea island and tasted coconut fresh from a tree; but, best of all, what she has done will stay with her for ever. Her life of dreams is as real as a job can be – only better!
Doro is having lots of fun, and so can everyone. Her advice to the future people of tomorrow is simple. Work hard at your studies, and, most importantly, learn English. The world will then be yours for the taking.

A very plum job is a very good job!
Faring the waves is the same as saying traveling the seas.
Gone down to the sea in a boat, has the same meaning as gone to sea in a boat, but only a little poetical.
Cordial greetings from editorial team of CONTEMPORARY HORIZON MAGAZINE!

It’s a very good post to know the details. People will be more inspired by this post. Really those who are working on a cruise ship will be enjoying a lot as while they are sleeping they will be in one place and once they get up they will be in some other place. By joining this kind of job, people can take advantage of a variety of considerable trainings and seminars.
