and Nadine - The Angels of the North
Christina
and Nadine are two very fine ladies. They are home nurses and live
and work in the very north of England. And their jobs and their
lives are the people they care for.
And,
Christine and Nadine are Angels on earth for very many people! But,
being an Angel means many long hours of very hard work and very low
pay. And, of course, it goes without saying that even Angels
need breaks.
And
Christine and Nadine have a passion for travel. And,
sometimes it's the thought of a holiday that stops them from cracking
during the hardships and trials of their daily
routine.
And,
holidays cost very much money. But, that's no problem for Christina
and Nadine. When it comes to raising more money, they have plenty of
ideas up their sleeves. They hold car boot sales,
they bake cakes, they knit, and do much more as well. And
each time it works. When a holiday's needed - there's a way - and
Christine and Nadine have always succeeded.
And
this year they're going to Poland. And, they've already raised enough
money. And, not only that. They are half-way through a Polish
language course, too. Getting by in a language makes holidays
fun!
And
so, at the end of the day, they are not only Angels with wings for
the people they care for, they have their own Angels, too! Through
the fogs and the mists of bad English weather, their next journeys
will surely appear!
