Sue
Taylor
Last
week in England, I had the very great pleasure of meeting Sue Taylor.
And, her toughness and strength impressed me. She's not only a woman
who's come up through the hard times of life, she's gone to the top
with her own little business as well. And, Sue Taylor's business,
which is all about movement and health, has its roots in her
schooldays.
At
school, Sue Taylor discovered her strength in gymnastics and her
teacher encouraged her. And, thanks to her, Sue Taylor's future was
set. She had found her direction and all she had to do was follow
the thread. But, following threads is not always easy.
After
leaving school, Sue Taylor had to get a job to support her ambitions.
And, just as soon as she could, she started her first personal
training sessions. And, they succeeded. Things for Sue Taylor were
rolling. But, business wasn't the only thing on the move.
Whilst
building a name, she was building a family, too. And, soon there were
two little boys to look after. And, life became a juggling act of
family, training sessions and work, and, in order to become more
efficient, a business course, too. But, despite ups and the downs
and sudden surprises, everything worked out how it should, and in
2010 Sue Taylor started out on her own. And Epworth, a little village
in England, was taken by storm.
And,
it was Boot Camp. A military style of keeping
fit and putting on condition. And, as this little lady of steel
started putting steel into people, the people kept coming and coming.
Sue Taylor's Boot Camp took off with a much bigger bang than
expected. And, not only were people getting fitter and thinner in
all kinds of weather, there was something else happening, too.
Feelings!
Sue
Taylor has the magical gift of making everyone welcome. And so,
however fit or unfit people may be, Sue Taylor's individual attention
makes sure that everyone comes up at their very own speed. There's no
pressure at all. And, this is especially good for people who are down
in the dumps. No one's left out in the cold because of the way that
they are. And, Sue Taylor's groups have become family for very many
people. And, it's this feeling of belonging that's taking Sue Taylor
to the future.
And,
the future is just round the corner. Sue Taylor will soon be starting
a feel-good programme for 3rd age women. And, again,
everyone's welcome.
So,
if you're looking for fitness, good fun and good friends, then boot
camps, or 3rd life training could be for you. There are
many possibilities. But, if you live on the Isle of Axholm or near
Doncaster or Scunthorpe in England, then Sue Taylor and team are
waiting for you. And, you too will succeed, and all with a great
bunch of people! And, what could be better?
Getting
fit is not only easy, but great fun as well! So – whatever the
weather – be it sunshine, lightning or rain - see you soon at the
Boot Camp. Together we'll go to the top! And, the top's a great
place to be! So, get out your boots, everyone's waiting for you! The
rest will just come on its own.
